  1. Interested applicants must be an employee at a franchised, company-owned, or affiliated restaurant at the time of application.
  2. Applicants must be a team member at the time the award is presented by the operator, interim manager, or executive general manager.
  3. Interested applicants must be post-secondary undergraduate, or graduate students enrolled or planning on enrolling in a 2 or 4-year college, vocational, or university program.
  4. Interested applicants must be recommended by either an operator, interim manager, or executive general manager where such person would highlight the professional achievement of the applicant.
  5. Interested applicants must show care and service during the 12 months prior to application.
  6. Interested applicants must possess a cumulative grade point of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale as academic awards and achievements would also be put into consideration.
  7. Interested applicants must demonstrate a strong financial need.

B: LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP AWARD 

As earlier stated, this scholarship award is valued between $1,000 and $2,500; below also contains a list of the eligibility requirement for the leadership scholarship award.

  1. Interested applicants must be an employee at a franchised, company-owned, or affiliated restaurant at the time of application.
  2. Applicants must be a team member at the time the award is presented by the operator, interim manager, or executive general manager.
  3. Interested applicants must be a post-secondary undergraduate or graduate student that is enrolled or planning on enrolling in a 2 or 4 year college, vocational, or university program.
