ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

This is a full-time job at Starbucks that requires adequate experience in supervision and coaching. Your duties involve creating and growing great teams, inspiring others, pushing them to be better, and driving sales using problem-solving skills. 

  • You need two years of retail service management background
  • A minimum High school or GED
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, 
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

STORE MANAGER

A Starbucks store manager is required to manage store operations, build great teams, drive financial success, and impact the community. 

  • Three years or more working in customer service management/retail business
  • Alternatively, a 4+ year military background
  • Entrepreneurial and leadership skillset
  • Minimum High School or GED

DISTRICT MANAGER

A district manager at Starbucks is a top position, where management and supervision of a portfolio of stores are headed. Your duty involves developing and building exceptional store managers, impacting the growth of Starbucks in the community, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

  • 5+ years of retail venture managing two or more stores, departments, or units, management experience directing a team of Six or more, P&L, including training and coaching
  • Three years of experience or more in a customer service-oriented role
  • Minimum High School or GED.
